ART GALLERY NO.2 :

LIFE IS PRECIOUS

Each person has their unique way of seeing the world, and I have my own perspective as well. I wanted to capture those precious moments that caught my eye and keep them special, so I depicted them on canvas.

#2 Lake in Kirkland.jpg

Together: mother and son

[ 2025 ]

Mediums:

Oil on canvas

Dimensions:

30" x 40"

On a visit to his mom in Washington, my husband and I took her to a quiet lake in Kirkland. As they walked side by side along the deck, I watched from behind—they looked more like brother and sister. It was a tender moment.

Blue sunset

[ 2020 ]

Mediums:

Oil on canvas

Dimensions:

24" x 30"

I've always had a soft spot for blue, but there's nothing quite like the serene beauty of a blue parasol under the afternoon sunset, which makes it richer and more vibrant. It's truly a match made in heaven!

On the subway, 2017

[ 2021 ]

Mediums:

Oil on canvas

Dimensions:

30" x 24"

Even during the busy morning rush in the crowded subway, watching people on their small cell phone screens makes me feel like there are two distinct worlds: one within the phone and one beyond it.

Mom and me

[ 2020 ]

Mediums:

Oil on canvas

Dimensions:

30" x 24"

I spotted a sweet mother and daughter at the nearby farmers market and painted them on canvas. I titled it "Mom and Me" to remember the fun shopping trips I had with my mom when I was young.
